Ayman is a proactive and compassionate corporate associate in Sultans Law Firm recognized for his solution-oriented approach and strong relationship with our clients, counseling our existing, newly incorporated companies and startups in complex corporate and transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructuring.
Ayman has substantial experience in advising strategic and financial investors in M&A, effective restructuring and incorporating offshore entities. He has assisted clients in a wide range of regulatory compliance issues including but not limited to, due diligence exercises, drafting transactional documents and dealing with regulatory bodies in the context of incorporating companies and M&A. He also has experience in preparing commercial and legal advisory for different types of sectors such as the textile, food and beverages and outsourcing companies.
