Assisted Sanpaolo IMI S.p.A Italy in their litigation case with regard to the nullity of a privatisation deal in Egypt, and by which Sanpaolo Bank acquired 80% of shares of the Egyptian Government in Bank of Alexandria, one of the country's big four public-sector banks.


Advised Panasonic on a standard form of exclusive agency agreement with Sky Joud.

Advised and represented Pharmaniaga Biomedical (Malaysia's largest listed integrated pharmaceutical group) on 1,000,000 Euros dispute over a bid bond to supply, Install and Maintain of Medical Equipment and Information Technology & Educational Package for Tishreen University Hospital

Advised Nokia Siemens on setting up a branch office in Syria.

Advised Hyundai Motor Company (HMC) on reviewing its distribution agreement in Syria. Furthermore, Sultans Law provided a thorough review of the sanctions imposed upon Syria.





Advised Besins Healthcare (Hong Kong) Ltd, the company is in charge of the trading activities of the Besins Group and is engaged in the pharmaceutical industry, with regard to its distribution agreement for some of its healthcare products. The matter was for several territories in the region and Sultans Law's legal support was related to the Syrian jurisdiction.

Advised and represented DEUTSCHCOLOR, one of the greatest investors in the sector of construction materials and paints in South-eastern Europe, located in Albania, on a multimillions USD Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) of 22,000 Sqm industrial land for its new manufacture in Egypt from Polaris Parks.Sultans Law team worked onsite and assisted DEUTSCHCOLOR in legal due diligence, transaction structure analysis, preparing the transaction documentation, negotiations, and signing of the agreement. 



Sultans Law advised and represented Anipsotiki SA, a Greek construction company for wind lifting and installation services, on its Egyptian market entry and corporate structuring of its new entity in Egypt, Anipsotiki Egypt. Additionally, Sultans Law advised on Employment law and Insurance Law related matters and drafted the acquisition of assets contracts for the implementation of its new wind farm projects in Egypt.

Advised Overseas Food Trading Ltd on structuring a multimillion USD acquisition of food processing plant.

Advised with regard to Representation, Unions and registration of employees under Syrian Labour Law.
