Advised and represented DEUTSCHCOLOR, one of the greatest investors in the sector of construction materials and paints in South-eastern Europe, located in Albania, on a multimillions USD Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) of 22,000 Sqm industrial land for its new manufacture in Egypt from Polaris Parks.Sultans Law team worked onsite and assisted DEUTSCHCOLOR in legal due diligence, transaction structure analysis, preparing the transaction documentation, negotiations, and signing of the agreement.
