Founder & Managing Partner
Managing partner with an extensive experience in commercial and business law, advising in particular on corporate structuring, foreign investments, real estate, joint ventures and commercial contracts. In addition, Samer focuses his practice on a wide range of mergers and acquisitions across a diverse range of industries.
Litigation and dispute resolution is another core area of practice, represented clients in commercial litigation, arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution.
In addition, Samer has been known for his experience advising and training governmental officials on administrative law as well as legislative drafting relating to a range of sectors.
Samer has been practicing law since 1994. He is the founder of Sultans Law Syria and has expanded to Egypt in 2012. He holds an LLB. from Aleppo University as well as an LL.M in International Business Law from Hull University, England and a Diploma in International Law from GuildHall University, London. Moreover, Samer has been seconded to a number of international law firms.
Samer has been ranked as a leading individual by Chambers and partners for the last couple of years.

His practice focuses on a wide array of commercial litigation and employment-related disputes, including contract dispute, client representation with regard to breaches of contracts, liability, fraud, IP disputes as well as other corporate issues. In addition to his litigation background, Radwan has a broad practice that covers corporate and commercial laws.
Prior to joining Sultans Law- Cairo office in 2014, Radwan was running his own firm in Aleppo, Syria.
Osama is part of our litigation team, representing local and international clients before Syrian courts.
Having worked in the Syrian Court System since 1998, Osama has gained in depth experience of cases in many areas including: commercial, civil, construction, insurance, trademarks and labor as well as real estate disputes.
