Career

A UK qualified lawyer, English as a first language, graduating with an LLB Law degree from Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London and with a Postgraduate Diploma from the University of Cambridge.  He has over 23 years of experience in all aspects of business immigration and nationality law as well as corporate and international commercial law.

Also as an English notary public, since 2008, verifying proper execution of documents for use anywhere in the world and acts for a number of businesses as well as individuals and notarises the execution of commercial contracts for international use.

Has been working with partner law firms in Turkey for over 10 years and also now working from Egypt for over 4 years.

He has represented individuals and businesses, inside and outside the UK and has consistently secured excellent results and always likes a challenge and does not hesitate to push the boundaries in order to secure the best results for his clients.

Advised HSBC and Al Rayan Bank on launching Shariah-Compliant Finance in the UK
Advised UK based TV station and also on large real estate transactions
Advised leading Turkish Charity in London as well as overlooking its regulatory requirements as well its election.
Advised Labour Attache to the Turkish Consular Service in London
European Court of Justice – won against the UK Government on Business Agreement with Turkey as well as a number of Court of Appeal cases, leading to change in law and policy
Act for late Rabi of Jerusalem and successfully overturned Coroner’s Judge decision on post mortem in UK leading to unprecedented changes in law and procedure on post mortem in the UK
Advising state and private school against regulatory boards- DFE Ofstead in the UK with favourable result for schools
Advised on investments and business acquisition for companies in Germany, Turkey as well as recovery of funds and litigation
Advised foreign companies against UK banking institutions and achieving consistent client outcome
Advised on arbitration on contracts with Iraq and as well as confiscation on assets in Saudi Arabia
Acting against Metropolitan Police and successfully recovering damages and compensation
Advising businesses and institutions affecting by Covid 19 and government policies
