Sultans Law advised and represented Anipsotiki SA, a Greek construction company for wind lifting and installation services, on its Egyptian market entry and corporate structuring of its new entity in Egypt, Anipsotiki Egypt. Additionally, Sultans Law advised on Employment law and Insurance Law related matters and drafted the acquisition of assets contracts for the implementation of its new wind farm projects in Egypt.
